Lauge

The Lauge children's set is a series consisting of a chair and a table for children in the age of 3 - 6 years old. The design has no sharp edges and is carefully drawn to its target group. The set is assembled with a simple and understandable wedge assemble. The shapes are fun and playful – appropriate for a children's room.

This project was about construction and prototypes where I got to know new materials and machines. I was fascinated by the laser cutter, and how I can draw something 2-dimensional and get something 3-dimensional out of it.
